Elisabetha was a daughter of Konrad Holzwarth (1795-1880) and Katherina Elisabetha Keller (1796-????). She was Baptized on Feb. 23, 1834 in Hilsbach, Sinsheim, Germany.

After immigration to Canada, Elisabetha became the wife of Johann "George" Pfaff (1828-1906) on April 22, 1855 in Waterloo, Ontario.

She was the Mother of 6 known children.
