Lloyd Gene Evans, son of Rollie and Alice Evans, was born November 6, 1959, in Waynesville, MO. He departed this life December 29, 2021 at Big Springs Nursing Home, in Humansville, MO at the age of 62 years.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Kay Kroeger and her husband, Jim Kroeger, a brother: Jerry Leroy Evans, and brother, Floyd Dean Evans, who was Lloyd's twin, and a brother-in-law, Dennis McCreery.
Lloyd is survived by his brothers: Larry Evans, and his wife, Judy, and Bernie Evans and his wife, Judy, two sisters: Audrey Reed and her husband, Freeman, and Carrie McCreary.
Lloyd always introduced himself as John Wayne Evans and and was ready to fight if someone said Santa wasn't coming. He enjoyed bowling, music, and fishing. He particularly enjoyed playing his guitar and singing specials in church and Karoke. Lloyd always gave the best hugs, He loved going to church and Jesus was his friend.
Burial Wednesday, January 5, 2022, in Idumea cemetery, Laquey, MO.
