Thomas Howard Achen, 66, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at Chandler Regional Hospital in Chandler, Arizona due to complications of COVID-19.

Thomas was born January 18, 1955 in Artesia, New Mexico to Howard & Lilian.

He graduated Yuma High School in 1973. Then he transitioned directly into the construction trade, where he spent the next 40 years building large projects like apartments and condos.

His most important achievement in life was being able to be of service to other alcoholics for 28 years. All of his family is so proud of him for that. He lived a grateful life. Tom gave his life to Jesus many years ago and got to enjoy the fruits of that relationship with others. Tom would say that was his greatest accomplishment.

Thomas preceded in death by his parents; Howard Mauk Achen and Lilian Lucille Achen.
