Sarah was named in her aunt Sarah Goodwin Worrall's will, dated 28 Sep 1750, proved 2 Jul 1755 at Chester, Pennsylvania [Will Bk K:335] as "Cousin Sarah Vore".

On 12 Dec 1758, she was present for brother James' wedding, and is amongst the signatures of witnesses.

The last known record of Sarah was 9 Sep 1780 when she and husband Christian, and brother James with his family, were admitted to Warrington Monthly Meeting from Exeter Monthly Meeting. When son Jesse married Lydia Cadwallader 9 Nov 1782, husband Christian was present and signed the marriage certificate, but she did not, indicating she had died prior to that date.
