Charlotte Skinner passed away on December 23 in Santa Cruz, California. Charlotte was born in Stockton to Evelyn and Daniel McHugh. She attended Saint Marys High School and Stockton College. In 1950, Charlotte married Richard Chinchiolo and had three children; Josette, Rick, and Janelle.

Charlotte was a loving mother and she always looked at the bright side of things. She worked for many years at Campus Lane in Stockton and later studied to be a Psychiatric Technician putting her skills to use while working at the Stockton Developmental Center. Charlotte loved to travel and spend time on the Stockton Delta with her second husband, Jess Skinner.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her beloved son, Rick. She is survived by her children, Josette (Robert) Winkler and Janelle (Ted) Evans; six grandchildren Rob, Nick, and Brian Winkler, Amy Graaskamp, Kami Bucher, and Jason Evans; fifteen great-grandchildren, Koby, Jaxon, Hunter, Lucas, and Juliet Winkler; Penelope and Bixby Winkler; Eileen, Julien, and Finley Winkler; Wyatt, Taylor, and Weston Graaskamp; Kyler and Sydney Bucher.

A visitation will be held on Friday, 01-07-22, from 11:30 to 1:00 and a Funeral Service starting at 1:00 at Casa Bonita Funeral Home, 2500 Cemetery Lane, Stockton, California 95204. A committal will be held immediately following at the San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, 719 E. Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95204.
