Lee Thomas Garner, 55, of North Little Rock passed away unexpectedly on December 6, 2021. Lee is survived by his daughter, Sydney Garner, his sister, Sandy King (James), his nieces, Lauren Holley (Jeremy) and Meredith King, his aunts, Norma and Patricia Fulcher, his cousin, Brenda Khron, and many friends and extended family.

He was born to the late Thomas Lee Garner and Maybline Fulcher Garner on December 21, 1965, at Bitburg Germany Air Base. After his parents moved back to the States he would go on to become the youngest certified Scuba Diver in Arkansas in 1978 at the age of 12. He worked hard and achieved the title of an Eagle Scout in 1982. He would soon graduate from NLR Ole Main in the class of 1984.

While attending college he worked at Arkansas Children's Hospital in the Respiratory department but would leave Arkansas and move to Chicago in 1997 where he got his associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2001. His love of food and cooking would lead him to work at multiple restaurants such as CPK and Cozumel's. Then moved back to Little Rock in 2002 where he continued working for Cozumel's and then Bosco's in the River Market. After leaving the hospitality industry he went on to work for ACIC.

Lee was a lover of music and would find his niche in the rockabilly scene and also became a member of a vintage car club, "Marauders", where he would be nicknamed Punchy Lee. He loved his motor car club, and they loved him. He also enjoyed hiking and being outdoors but was also a fan of watching the Arkansas Razorbacks play football as well as many other sports. He was passionate in his personal convictions and loved a good debate…sometimes too much.

There will be a memorial announced in 2022. Lee will be missed by many and will forever be in our hearts.
