Robert was a graduate of Lincoln Academy School, Kings Mountain, North Carolina. He furthered his education obtaining several degrees, one in Sociology. He was a Veteran of the United States Army after serving for ten years. Prior to Robert's retirement, he was employed as a Police Officer for the City of Gastonia, a Captain with the Belmont Police Department, worked for the FBI and he also worked as a Security Guard.
