Fannie was also known as Ma, Nana, Nannie and Punky by her many family and friends. She accepted the Lord and was a member of Zion Baptist Church in Ambler. Fannie grew up in Ambler and received her formal education through the Wissahickon School District. After raising 4 daughters to be independent, respectful, and financially responsible, Fannie spent many years as an inspector for Lockheed Martin.
Fannie enjoyed talking above all else. She would spend hours talking on the phone with family and friends. Fannie rarely had a phone call with her family members that ended without talking about saving money. She loved being outside doing yard work and pulling weeds. Fannie was very influential in the success of not only her daughters but her grandchildren as well.
