Dr. Ronald J. Baker, age 77, of Blue Bell, PA passed away in his home surrounded by his family on Monday, December 27, 2021.
He was born in Paterson, New Jersey on October 23, 1944, the son of the late Joseph and Emily (Baskinger) Baker.
Dr. Baker has been living in Blue Bell for 19 years, formerly of East Norriton, PA. He was a parishioner of St. Helena RC Church of Blue Bell.
He was a Chiropractor and practiced for 42 years in Norristown.
He was the husband of the late Annetta C. (Tschopp) Baker, who passed in 1997.
He is survived by six children, Leslie A. (& Robert) Fogarasi of Collegeville, Stacey L. (& Jim) Tagliaferri of Phoenixville, Dean J. Baker of Las Vegas, Ronald J. (& Lisa) Baker, Jr. of Royersford, Gerald M. (& Jennifer) Baker of Wilmington, DE, and Rhonda L. (& Mark) Lockwood of Weston, FL. He is also survived by one brother, Anthony (& Mary) Baker of Harleysville; two sisters, Cindy (& Joe) D'Erico of Hawthorne, NJ and Denise (& Emil) Martone of Bloomfield, NJ; and 13 grandchildren, Lindsey & Max Fogarasi, Jimmy & Michael Tagliaferri, Brooks Baker, Ronald J. Baker, III, Daniel & Andrew Baker, Annetta, Alex & Jack Baker, and Lily & Logan Lockwood; as well as many nieces & nephews.
Along with his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Ann Furst, Gloria Baker, and Beverly Hayes.
His Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM from St. Helena RC Church, 1489 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422. Relatives and friends may call on Monday from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church. Entombment will take place in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA.
