Born September 14, 1926 in Fordsville, Kentucky, to Vernon Ciscero Sapp and Mary Jeanette (Moxley) Sapp. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Meier Taylor, Ph.D. (Psychology), of Bethesda, Maryland, and by her brothers and sisters Martha Ann Peavler, Alma Helen Pfister, James Forrest Sapp, Verda Bernice Petty, Vernon Sapp Jr., and Billie Dawn Smith. Loving mother of Jeffrey W. (Elizabeth H.) Taylor, of Chicago, and Stacy A. (William J.) Levenson, of San Diego, California. Dear grandmother of Arthur I. (Colleen M.) Levenson (with great-grandchild expected Spring 2022), Amelia L. Levenson, and William H. Taylor. Beloved aunt to 19 nieces and nephews, and many grand- and great-grand-nieces and nephews.
