Carolyn Louise Plummer, 75, of Corinth, Texas passed away on December 28, 2021. She was born in Artesia, New Mexico on May 21, 1946 to Wesley and Flora Needham. She was married to William "Bill" Plummer in 1964, just two weeks after her 18th birthday. They moved to Oklahoma City soon after, where she attended Bethany Nazarene College. Her interests included reading, traveling, solving puzzles, and golfing. Carolyn is remembered for her ability to connect with others, even briefly, and maintain those relationships in profound and impactful ways. Saved at an early age, Carolyn was steadfast in her faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, sharing her witness both in word and deed. Second only to her relationship with Christ was her family, which was her earthly pride and joy. She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Plummer; daughters - Keri Blair and her husband Kevin of Royse City, Texas, and Kristi Faulkner and her husband Robert of Wichita Falls, Texas; grandchildren - Emeri Milam, Ryan Faulkner, Ethan Faulkner and Canon Faulkner. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, sisters - Nora Cockrum and Bonnie Parrish, and brother - Wesley Needham. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Lewisville with a short service following. A private family interment will follow that day.
