Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife Janice Phillips, two daughters; Lisa Boston of Cecil Co. and Heidi Phillips of Woodbridge, VA. and one grandson Chase Boston.
A viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00PM on Thursday January 6, 2022 at the Framptom Funeral Home 216 N. Main street Federalsburg, MD.
A graveside chapel service will be held at 1:00PM on Friday January 7, 2022 at the Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery, Hurlock.
