Danny was the son of Charlie Johnson and Amy Johnson. He was Ordained into the Ministry and accepted the office of Apostleship. In 2014, he and his wife established the Living by Faith Outreach Ministries in Elko, Georgia.
He was married to Clara Kendrick Findley Johnson in April 2001. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, David Johnson and Marcus Johnson.
