Dody loved the Lord and faithfully attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She had previously worked 3rd shift at Kusan Plastics for 25 years. She was a volunteer for St. Anthony's Hospice and South Heights Elementary School where she was known as "Granny Dody" by all the children. She loved her family unconditionally and cared for anyone in need.
In addition to her parents, John and Earnie Mattie Floyd Burklow, Dody was preceded in death by her husband Alfred Clinton Yates and her daughter Brenda Yates Robinson.
Glendola is survived by her daughter Debbie Alexander (Ron); grandchildren Misti Taylor, Charles Robinson, Allison Alexander and Clinton Alexander; great grandchildren Charley Robinson, Elania "E" Robinson, Max Robinson and many nieces and nephews.
The family has requested services be private. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY.
