Michael is full blooded native American and originally from the Six Nation Reservation in Ohsweken, Ontario, Canada. He was a 1991 graduate of Pavilion Central School. After high school, Michael worked as a farmer and as a laborer at Morton Salt in Silver Springs, N.Y. He was an avid Sabres fan and enjoyed listening to 80's rock music. Michael's greatest love was his family and spending time with them especially at events like tractor pulls and fairs.
Michael is survived by his wife, Tammy Hill; his daughters, Shelby Hill "Pooh Bear", Jenna Hill and Sara Grace Hill "Fluffy"; his sons, Michael (Deidre Gayhart) Hill Jr. and Lukas Hill "Buster"; his brothers, Jeremy (Anita) Hill and Brock Hill; his grandchildren, Kamilia Hill, Daniel DeFazio and Michael Hill III; several nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles; and several cousins. Friends may call on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, from 5-8 p.m. at Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw. Michael's funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Wyoming, 28 Main St., Wyoming, Friday, Dec. 31, at 11 a.m. There will be a reception held at the church immediately following the service.
