Clayton "Zandel" Azandel Lowe, 45, of Dublin died Monday, Sept. 11, 2006, at Wythe County Community Hospital in Wytheville. He was born Nov. 23, 1960, in Tazewell County and was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
