Timothy "Tim" Dwight Wilson, 64, went home to be with his heavenly father on Saturday, November 27, 2021. He was born in Alamance County on January 22, 1957 to the late Mildred Tatum Wilson and Rev. D. Carlton Wilson, Sr. who survives.

Tim was a former employee with GE. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed watching television and mostly preaching on Sunday mornings. He was an active supporter of Charles Stanley, Billy Graham and TCT programs. Tim was a caring and thoughtful man who was especially dedicated to his father, he will truly be missed.

Survivors other than his father, Rev. D. Carlton Wilson, Sr. includes his siblings, Dorris Carlton Wilson, Jr., Ellen (Larry) Ring, William (Terrie) Wilson and Eddie (Drusilla) Wilson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Maedeene Tatum Wilson.

The graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Baynes Baptist Church Cemetery by Dr. S. Mark Clark. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Tim will be available for viewing from 12pm to 5pm Tuesday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory.
