Jackie was born on May 20, 1932, in Murphysboro, Illinois to Henry Brown and Stella (Talbott) Brown.
Jackie was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Murphysboro, Illinois.
He had many interests and hobbies which included Spending time with his family, Coin and Stamp collecting and the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team.
Jackie married Barbara on May 11, 1957, in Murphysboro, Illinois.
Survivors include his wife Barbara, three children Jimmy (Kim) of Murphysboro, IL, Jeff (Suzi) of Murphysboro, IL, and Rebecca (Chris) of Austin, TX.
Other survivors include seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Jackie is preceded in death by his parents, one sister Hope, daughter Maryann Brown, son Bobby Brown, and One great grandchild Lily Ann Brown.
Graveside services will be at St. Andrew Cemetery in Murphysboro, Illinois on Thursday December 30, 2021, at 12 P.M. with visitation from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the cemetery.
