HARTFORD CITY – Connie S. Miller, 69, passed away on December 23, 2021 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Hartford City on December 6, 1952 to Charles L. Cunningham and Margaret Louise (Taylor) Cunningham. Her parents preceded her in death.
Connie graduated from Blackford High School in 1971 and attended Ball State University.
She married Robert "Bob" L. Miller on November 19, 1971 at Trinity United Methodist Church.
Connie was a bookkeeper for Graphic Menus in Eaton and owned and operated Four Seasons Tax Services. She was a member of Calvary Christian Lighthouse Church.
She was kind hearted and loved helping others. She had a smile and laugh that was contagious. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She enjoyed traveling and camping and they had a permanent spot at Marbrook Campground in Gas City.
Connie will be sadly missed by her husband of 50 years, Robert "Bob" L. Miller of Hartford City; children, Amy M. (husband, Ryan) Frankum of League City, Texas, Todd A. (wife, Christina) Miller of Montpelier and Ryan L. Miller of Hartford City; grandchildren, Forrest Beyer, Ashley Beyer, Ethan Miller, Autumn Eakins, Brock Beyer,, Isaiah Miller, Carson Miller, Brady Miller, Abigail Frankum, Avery Frankum and Emalee Miller; siblings, Sharon (husband, William) Matthews, Cathy (husband, Tracy) Reed and Randy (wife, Diane) Cunningham; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2021 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St., Hartford City. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory in Muncie. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021 and from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2021 at Keplinger Funeral Home.
