She was born December 20, 1951 in Rogers, AR the daughter of Willis H. and Nancy I. {Evans} Edmonson. On January 27, 1989 in Butterfield, MO she was united in marriage to Gerald "Dusty" Taylor, who preceded her in death on July 12, 2003. Also preceding her in death were her parents; one grandson, Dillon Mayes and one sister, Bernice Burnett.
Surviving are three daughters, Angela Block and her husband Nathan of Cassville, MO, April Mayes of Cassville, MO and Amanda Allen of Cassville, MO; one brother, Willie Edmonson and his wife Dana of Anderson, MO; one sister, Irene Dalton and her husband Edward of Washburn, MO; nine grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Frances graduated from Cassville High School in 1968. In 1973 she attended Draughon Business College in Springfield, MO where she attained an Associate Degree. She held several different jobs before owning and operating The Possum House. She enjoyed going fishing and loved all things western, especially John Wayne and horses, but her family and grandchildren were what she loved the most.
Services were held on Friday, December 31, 2021. Brother Tony Ball conducted the services. Burial at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter.
