On December 24th, 2021, Lillie Lurlene Virginia (Gouker) Rose of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away at the age of 77. She was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma on November 28th, 1944 to Bill and Annie (Winkelman) Gouker. Lillie attended Prague Public Schools. While working as a waitress, Lillie met her best friend and love of her life, Lynn Rose, when he would come to change the music in the restaurant's juke box. They were married March 18th, 1970.
Lillie was reunited in heaven with her husband Lynn Rose, sons Tommy Dee Smith and Danny Ray Smith, parents Bill and Annie Gouker, brothers Troy Gouker, Bill Gouker, Joe Paul Gouker, Kenneth Gouker and Roy "Shorty" Gouker; sister Phylis Anderson, and nieces Jessie Moore and Penny Factor.
A Celebration of Lillie's life was held Thursday, December 30, 2021, in the Chapel at Walker Funeral & Cremation Service in Shawnee, Ok.
