A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Ochiltree Cemetery with Tom MALONE of Amarillo, TX officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.
Deanna was born November 2, 1947 in Perryton, TX to Edgar and Eula Faye (CARPENTER) COOK. She graduated from Perryton High School and moved to Amarillo to attend college and became a cosmetologist. She was a very active member of the Cornerstone Outreach Center and always willing to help at the church in outreach. She was a very giving person.
She is survived by a brother, Gary COOKL of Hale Center, TX; sister-in-law, Maxine COOK of Perryton, TX; nephews Stephen COOK of Perryton, TX and Eddie COOK of Mexico.
