Deanna was born November 2, 1947 in Perryton, TX to Edgar and Eula Faye (CARPENTER) COOK. She graduated from Perryton High School and moved to Amarillo to attend college and became a cosmetologist. She was a very active member of the Cornerstone Outreach Center and always willing to help at the church in outreach. She was a very giving person.
She is survived by a brother, Gary COOKL of Hale Center, TX; sister-in-law, Maxine COOK of Perryton, TX; nephews Stephen COOK of Perryton, TX and Eddie COOK of Mexico.

Deanna COOK, 74, of Amarillo, formerly of Perryton, died Dec. 25, 2021.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Ochiltree Cemetery with Rev. Tom MALONE of Amarillo officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Eula Faye COOK; and one brother, Bobby COOK.
