Linda Lou Smith Collins age 72 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, December 27, 2021 at the Jewish Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky. She was born January 31, 1949 in Salyersville, Kentucky to late Freddie and Velma "Peach" Tackett Smith.

Survived by her husband, Marvin Collins, two sons, Charles (Tammy) Preston of Paoli, Indiana, Christopher Adam Collins of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Kathy (Jerry) Watson of North Fort Myers, Florida, three grandchildren, Ryan Preston, Austin Collins, Jaime Collins, two cousins who were like sisters, Sharron K. Salyer, Terri Dickerson, with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Linda Lou was a member of the First Community Baptist Church. She gave her heart to the Lord in 1974 and remained faithful Christian till her passing.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Wayne Meade and John Blanton officiating. Friends may visit the funeral home Wednesday, December 29, 2021 after 1:00 P.M. till funeral services.
