The Commonwealth
Hon. A. H. Ditto, of New Castle, was stricken with apoplexy on the Fair-grounds at Eminence, Tuesday. His right arm and leg are paralyzed and he is now lying in an unconscious condition at the Moody House. His attending physicians pronounce his case critical.
