Cecil Fulmer passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 to be reunited with his parents, Marcus and Betsy Fulmer and his daughter LeAnne. He was born March 24, 1926 in Royce City, Texas. Cecil's career was spent in the chemical fertilizer business, serving in managerial positions with Armour, Inc. and Nipak, Inc. of Dallas. He served in Germany and France in World War II as a member the 75th Infantry Division. He is survived by his wife Glenda, son Mark, and his sister Frances Hamrick. Services will be held at 11 AM Friday, December 21, 2007 at First Baptist Church – Irving, 403 S. Main with Rev. John Durham officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
