Lorna Lee, age 64, of Rochester, MN, died Friday, December 21, 2007, of natural causes.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 26, 2007, at Washington Prairie Lutheran Church in rural Decorah, Iowa, by Rev. Kim W. Smith, with burial at Washington Prairie Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family one hour before the services at the church. There will be a memorial service at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 27, 2007, at First Lutheran Church, Northwood, Iowa.

Lorna Janet Lee was born March 11, 1943, in Havre, MT, the daughter of Milo E. and Agnes (Roen) Lee. Lorna attended high school in Rennville, MN, and was a 1965 graduate of Luther College.

Lorna was a high school teacher in Northwood, IA, for many years, and then worked in financial services in Northwood. Lorna's faith was an important part of her life; she was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Clear Lake, IA, where she was active in the We Care Group.

Lorna enjoyed gardening, decorating, and taking care of her pets, but spending time with her children was most precious to her.

Lorna is survived by: two children, Laura Weselmann and her husband, Mario Parisio, of Seattle, WA, and Jay Weselmann, and his wife, Melissa Weselmann, of Minneapolis, MN; her mother, Agnes Lee, of Rochester, MN; one sister, Dixie (Paul) Hanson of Moorpark, CA; three brothers: Marv (Ruth) Lee of Hinton, Alberta, Canada, Arland (Kristina) Braaten-Lee of Clinton, MN, and David (Joy) Lee of Rochester, MN; special friends, Hal and Dianne Johnson of Northwood, IA; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Milo E. Lee on February 2, 2003, and one infant sister, Carol.
