Ralph Hoyle Beam, age 93, of Knoxville, TN passed away on Dec. 23, 2021. He was of the Baptist faith.

Preceded in death by his wife, Reba Addison Beam, parents O.F. Beam and Jennie Adcock Beam, brothers Claude (Louise) Beam, Brice (Arlene) Beam, Roy (Mabel)Beam, sisters, Ruby (Lloyd) Plummer, and Barbara Bentley.

He is survived by children Luann B. (Larry) Bray, Douglas Beam, and Lisa B. (Chip) Campbell, and brother-in law Ted Bentley plus numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by grandchildren Jason (Kelly) and Matthew Stewart, Ryan and Zachary Beam, Sean (Katie) Dye, Ann-Houston (Jonathan) Skaggs, Lily and Elizabeth Campbell, and great-grandchildren Parker, Emery, Bradley, and Judson Stewart.

Mr. Beam worked in the furniture industry for over 45 years. He retired as president of Heilig-Myers Furniture and former president of Sterchi Bros. Corp. He also served on the board of Home Federal of TN for 25 years.

The family would like to thank Kim Smith, Gail Davis, and Sacred Grounds Hospice for their love and care of our father.

Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery at 10:45 am on Friday, December 31, 2021, for an 11:00 entombment service. Rev. Jason A. Stewart, grandson, will preside over the service.
