She married Bobbie Harold Jay on June 25, 1949 in Princess Anne, Virginia until his death in 1997. Together they had 5 children: Deborah, Anna Marie, Frank, Anita and Robert.

She attended the New Liberty Church in Delaware and she loved hunting, fishing and she also trained horses.
Nancy was preceded n death by her parents; her husband, Bobby Harold Jay; one daughter, Ann Maria Felcher and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include four children, Anita Jay, Robert Jay (Liz), Deborah Enterkin, Frank Jay (Michelle); eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Gary Tuck officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
Burial will be in Graves Cemetery.
Family will serve as pallbearers.
