Donald (Don) D. Schultz, a resident of Opp, AL., passed away Friday, December 10, 2021 at Mizell Memorial Hospital, Opp, AL. Don was born in Minnesota on March 5, 1949. He retired from the Army after serving 20 years to include two tours in Vietnam.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoyed time at the gun range.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Rosemarie Schultz.
He is survived by his children, Keith (Jamie) Schultz, Enterprise, AL., Ronald (Amy) Schultz, Opp, AL., Cindy (Steve) Watson, Minden, LA., Christina Edwins, Lynn Haven, FL, and Jennifer (Tony) Jackson, Copperas Cove, TX., Grandchildren Shelby Schultz, Montgomery, AL, Matthew Schultz, Enterprise, AL, Benjamin Schultz, Montgomery, AL, Nicole Horne, Dallas, TX, Brent (Rikki Leigh) Watson, Headland, AL, Garrett (Krista) Watson, Newton, AL, Robert Edwins, Lynn Haven, FL, Justin (Shanti) Jackson, Japan, and Zach Jackson, Dallas, TX. and several great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, Dec. 17, 2021 at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Cemetery. A private viewing for immediate family will be held at 11:30 a.m. Graveside services will begin at 12:00 p.m.
