Mrs. Estelle L. (Walker) Boyd, 69, wife of Leon H. Boyd, formerly of this city, died suddenly at her home, 124 Branch street, Bennington, Vt., Saturday night.
She was born in Woodford, Vt., July 3, 1886, daughter of Cornelius and Fannie (Wood) Walker.
She was married to Mr. Boyd in this city June 18, 1913, and they lived here until 1921 while he was employed as sales representative of Armour & company. They had lived in Bennington since then.
She was a member of the Bennington Baptist church.
Besides her husband, she leaves one brother, Harry Walker of Bennington.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Boyd home. Burial will be in Park Lawn cemetery, Bennington.
