Wayne retired from Ford Motor Company after a 30-year career. He was also a proud Mason.
Wayne is survived by his daughters, Teresa (Glenn) Ball and Lisa (Mark) Sharp; son, Christopher (Christy) Shelton; 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Kenny (Hope) Shelton.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Joyce Shelton (Bishop) and his parents, George and Opal Shelton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 11 am until the Funeral Service at 2 pm. Entombment will immediately follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. There will then be Fellowship at Lyndon Independent Baptist Church, 1628 Roosevelt Ave. Louisville,
