Lee of Louisville, Kentucky and Kensleigh Lee of Burlington, Kentucky. Loving grandson of Victoria (nee Perkins) Day of Mt. Carmel, Pam Johnson of Cincinnati and the late David Lee and William Addis. Also survived by his girlfriend Paige Cox and his many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Tyler passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 21st, 2021; he was 18 years old.
