She graduated from South Lafourche High School and was co-owner of Watson Windows and Pressure Washing Services for over 35 years in the greater Baton Rouge area. She was preceded in death by her father, Relio "Ray" Picou; and brother, Ray James Picou. Surviving are her mother, Esther Cantrelle Picou; husband, D'Wayne Watson; sons, Dustin Keith Cambre, Benjamin Dean Cambre, and Michael W Watson; daughter, Brittney Watson Ourso; grandchildren, Zakary Keith Cambre, Joseph Johathan Oubre, Jacob Franklin Lemoine, and Landry Lenora Ourso; brother, Bryan Jude Picou; and sisters, Jaunita Picou Gibbs and Anita Picou Cambre.
