Glenda June Wilcox, age 81, of Hindsville, Arkansas, died Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Edgewood Health and Rehab in Springdale.

She was born March 3, 1940 to James Augustus and Reba Elva (Paschal) Beavers.

She was a member of the Fayetteville High School Class of 1958.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Bobby Gene Beavers and James Lee "Jimmy" Beavers; and two sisters, Sammie Paulette Oliver and Betty Ferguson.

Survivors include her husband, William Franklin Wilcox of Hindsville; a son, Jeffery Darrin Wilcox of Hindsville; a daughter, Sandy Gabbard (and husband, Bill) of Elkins; seven grandchildren, Brandon Gabbard of Elkins, Calvin Gabbard of Harrison, Miranda Chard of Hindsville, Stormy Wilcox, Megan Alexander and Dacia Wilcox Powell all of Fayetteville, and William James Wilcox of Hindsville; brother, Bill Beavers (and wife, Geneva) of Farmington; two sisters, Shirley Warford (and husband, Jimmy) of Elkins and Dena Whitehead of Fayetteville; thirteen great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

A Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the First Southern Baptist Church in Goshen with Randall Galloway officiating.

Visitation will be held an hour prior to service.

Burial will follow at Kings Cemetery near Elkins.

Arrangements are by Madison County Funeral service.
