Kenneth James Minden, 61 Years of Life July 30, 1952 February 27, 2014

Ken Minden of Deer Park, Washington passed away at home after a four year long battle with metastic colon cancer at the age of 61.

He was a loving husband for 43 years to Candy Minden; wonderful father to Danette (John) Brewster of Newport News, VA and Darin Minden of Deer Park, WA; special grandfather to Kevin, Rebecca and Alyssa Minden and Kylee Brewster; brother to Virgil (Carol) Minden of Sandpoint, ID and Ed (Gail) Minden of Bonners Ferry, ID; son of Saron Minden (deceased) and Gladys Crumley; son-in-law to Gail (Edna - deceased) Marlow of Nine Mile Falls, WA.

Ken was born in Moses Lake, WA where he was raised on a dairy farm. He was a kind and gentle family man who enjoyed good old fashioned country living. He owned and operated Minden Well Drilling for 35 years and was proud of his honesty and integrity. Over the years, Ken enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, snow and water skiing, scuba diving and most of all flying. He will be missed!

A memorial service for friends and family will be held on Saturday, March 15th at 2:00 pm at the Linwood SDA Church, 6525 N. Monroe, Spokane, WA. LAUER FUNERAL HOME in Deer Park, Washington
