Mary's utmost passion in life was her love for her husband and family. She was an excellent cook, enjoyed traveling and was an accomplished bowler. She also enjoyed and was exceptionally skilled at painting, crocheting, quilting, decorating, arts and crafts and gardening. As the spouse of CMSgt James Mason she was able to travel extensively throughout the US and Europe with her family. She was the President of the NCO Wives Club at the Air Force base in Wiesbaden, Germany. Mary was also a Lilac Lanes Bowling Secretary for 33 years and inducted into the Spokane Bowling Hall of Fame. In addition, Mary was for many years very active with the youth bowling programs in Washington.
Mary is survived by her brother William Hoskins of Virginia Beach, VA, her daughter Pamala A. Mason of Spokane, WA and her two sons Jerry J. Mason of Phoenix, AZ and Bruce R. Mason of Spokane, WA. She was also blessed with 6 grandchildren: Annie M. Silvers, Jeremy J. Mason, Jenni L. Hanson, Whitney L. Mason, MacKenzie M. Mason, Rylee J. Mason and 8 great grandchildren: Bobby, Sarah, Hannah, Rebecca, Adalyn, Sammy, Elizabeth and Jane. She loved her family with all her heart and was an inspiration for everyone.
