She was a lifelong resident of the metro Atlanta area, including Lilburn, Gillsville, and Dacula. She worked as a senior manager at Capgemini US LLC. She was a member of Harmony Hall Baptist Church, Gainesville, and a member of the John Maxwell Group. She was preceded in death by her father, David Jones, Sr. Surviving are her mother, Judy Jones of Gillsville; children, Jessica Benson (Bobby) of Lilburn, Jennifer Ingbritsen, and Jeramy Moates - both of Gainesville; grandchildren, Emily Ingbritsen and Alicia Benson; siblings, David Jones, Jr. (Karen) of Gillsville, and Michele Blomgren (Richard) of Dacula; and former husband, Jerry Moates of Lawrenceville.
