SALINEVILLE — Rose Ann Smith, 73, of Salineville, died Friday. She was born in East Liverpool on March 25, 1948, a daughter of the late Roy Smith and Rosemary (Higgins) Smith. Arrangements handled by Kerr-Watson Funeral Home.

Rose Ann Smith, 73, of Salineville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her beloved sister Donna Madison on December 17, 2021. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, on March 25, 1948, a daughter of the late Roy Smith and Rosemary (Higgins) Smith.
Having lived her life in the area, Rose was a graduate of Southern Local High School, Class of 1966. She worked for Summitville Tile and retired from PCC Airfoils. She was a member of the former St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
Rose is survived by her son, her daughter, a brother, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, Plus many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her best friend and sister, Donna Madison.
A private service was held at the convenience of the family. Burial took place in St. Patrick's cemetery.
