Albany – David L. Schultz, 47, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021.
He was born in Muncie on July 24, 1974, the son of David A. Schultz and Debbie Ingalls and graduated from Muncie Southside High School.
David attended Ivy Tech and was a machinist for Crown Equipment in New Castle for the last seven years. He had previously worked at Beckett Bronze for over twenty years.
David was an adoring husband and father and loved his Harley Davidson. He was also an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a member of American Legion #19 Riders.
Survivors include his loving wife of fifteen years, Carrie Schultz; two daughters, Madison and Macey; his mother, Debbie Ingalls (Marvin); step-brother, Tony Ingalls; step-sister, Angie Ingalls; neighbors and special friends, Bob and Judy Harvey; aunts and uncles, Ron Wills (Lori), Sue Baker (Bill), Gene Dodson (Nora) and Virginia Hensley (Jerry).
He was preceded in death by his father; step-mother, Linda Schultz; grandparents, Martha and Ed Wills and Bettylou Schultz.
A celebration of David's life will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel.
