Matt loved the Lord and dedicated much time to studying the word and sharing the love of Christ with everyone he met. Matt was blessed with more true friends than anyone could count and a huge family that loved him dearly.

He is survived by his parents, JC and Terry Dean of Tyler, children Gunner(4) and Dakota(2) Dean of Tyler, sister, brother-in-law, niece and nephew, Cara, Danny, Jaycee, and Gage Frederick of Tyler, and many close cousins and family members.

We will always remember Matt by his one in a million smile and this verse he lived by: "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13. Though we know Matt's flesh was weak, find peace in knowing that his Spirit was undoubtedly strong. In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to www.thespartanproject.org.
