Leslie William Riggs, Jr., 71, of Martinsburg passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Berkeley Medical Center.

Born June 12, 1950 in Berkeley County, he was the son of the late Leslie William Riggs, Sr., and Phyllis Elaine Butts Riggs.

He is survived by two sons, Darrell Wayne Hutzler and Richard William Mason; one daughter, Tina Elaine Riggs; seven grandchildren, Todd and wife, Brittany, Brandon (Samantha), Tara, Steven, Dave, Amber and Brandi; fourteen great-grandchildren; three brothers, Brian Riggs, Sr., Randy Riggs and Roger Riggs; and two sisters, Gail Cox and Carla Bishop.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Lou Mason Riggs; one great-grandchild; one brother, Glenn; and six sisters, Glenda, Rita, Debbie, Ellen, Patricia and Brenda.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor David Davis offficiating.

Interment will be private.
