Don was a retired machinist with Fafner and later Scroll. He was a member of Curtis Baptist Church. Don enjoyed watching sports, including his beloved St. Louis Cardinals and Arkansas Razorbacks. He and his brothers enjoyed fishing and hunting in their early years.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Glen "Buzz" Stewart, and one sister, Lizzy Stewart.
Survivors are his wife, Sally Moffatt Stewart of Arkadelphia, one brother, Charles "Panky" Stewart of Curtis, and one sister, Jo Anna Bittle of Deming, NM.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 23, 2021, at Hart's Chapel Cemetery.
No visitation is planned.

Final arrangements are entrusted to The Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.
