Passed away of natural causes Dec. 10, 2021 in Olympia, Wash. He was born Dec. 14, 1928, to Charles Edward Finley and Esther Elizabeth Stuart Finley in Sargent, Neb. He was a 32-year resident of Yelm, Wash., and also lived in Snoqualmie, Wash.
Dale graduated from Tolt High School in Tolt, Wash. He served in the U.S. Air Force (1946-1952), and worked for the Washington Department of Fisheries for over 30 years. He married Patricia Frances Faulds on Nov. 21, 1953, in Carnation, Wash.
Dale was a kind, easy-going gentleman who had a wry sense of humor. He loved hunting, fishing, and playing cribbage and pinochle.
He is survived by his brother, Lyle Finley of Sun City, Ariz. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles an Esther Finley; brother Roger Finley; and wife, Patricia Finley.
