Sue retired from SOWC in 2018. She lived a quiet life. She enjoyed sitting in her favorite chair with a glass of sweet tea or ice-cold Dr Pepper. She was affectionately known as "Granny," enjoying time with her youngest granddaughter. Sue is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Blackie; brothers, Herbert Moerbe and Jackie Welch; and sister, Mildred Fritsche. She is survived by two sons, one daughter-in-law, one daughter and son-in-law, sister and husband, 9 grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
