Pat was a 1966 graduate of Forrest City High School and received her associate degree from EACC. She worked 22 plus years at Sanyo before going to work at the First National Bank of Eastern Arkansas in Colt as a branch manager, retiring in 2010. She owned and operated "Pat's She Shed" which she was very proud of. She loved teaching Sunday school, attending auctions and flower gardening. Pat was a very giving person, had a great testimony and was the best mom ever. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Howard James Speer, Helen Irene Clegg and Everett Clegg, three brothers: Danny Clegg, Phil Speer, Terry Speer, two sisters: Rhonda Speer and Gloria Jean Clegg.
Survivors include her husband of fifty-four years; Dale Ball of the home, one son: Ricky Ball and wife Debbie of Wynne, three brothers: James "Jimmy" Clegg of Colt, Ronnie Clegg of Colt and David Clegg of Jonesboro, five sisters: Nancy Kimble of California, Judy Speer of California, Judy Hooker of Palestine, Susan Mashburn of Jonesboro and Sharon Houston of Texas, two grandsons: Randale Ball and wife Carmen of Wynne and Aaron Ball of Wynne. She was excited about their first great-grandson coming soon.
