Mulvihill Rites Held Sunday
CARROLLTON, Miss., June 4 - Services were held Sunday afternoon, June 3 at four o clock at the Carrollton Baptist Church for John Henry Mulvihill who died Saturday at the home of his son, Mike Mulvihill, near Greenwood where he had been for several weeks on account of illness.
The Rev. Martin Smith, pastor of the Carrollton Baptist Church conducted the services. Williams and Lord of Greenwood was in charge and burial was made in Evergreen Cemetery. He was sixty eight.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Hattie May Mulvihill and two daughters and four sons: Mrs. D. H. Tackett of Eupora, Mrs. W. R. Martin of Rosedale, John Hill Mulvihill, Jr., Coila, Mike Mulvihill of Greenwood, Thomas Mulvihill, Carrollton, William C. Mulvihill, Camp Kilner, New Jersey.
Pallbearers were W. M. Bennett, Ralph Taylor, H. L. Johnston, J. T. Allen, H. P. Mullen and J. L. Scruggs.
