Born Jan. 21, 1926, in Marland, Okla., he was a son of the late Robert L. and Elsie Bullard. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a stone mason in Upstate South Carolina for 30 years.
Surviving are his wife, Leona Lee Bullard; three daughters, Jae Crawford of Sylva, Laurel Roland of Six Mile and Gale Bullard of Stoughton, Wis.; two sons, Greg Bullard of Greenwood, S.C., and John Bullard of Six Mile; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
