Carol "Tootsie" Potter went home to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday at her residence in West Liberty, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 74 Years, Lester Potter, on November 9, 2016; parents, Carl Jenkins and Eva Starrett Jenkins; brothers: Thurman Jenkins, Von Jenkins, and Ronald Jenkins; sisters: Delores Smith, Bernice Lynne, and Audrey Lambert.
Carol was a 1942 graduate of West Liberty High School and spent her life as an immaculate homemaker. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved Jesus, gave her life to Him, and spent her life serving her Lord at Calvary Baptist Church where she had been a member her entire life.
Funeral service will be 11:00 am Monday, December 20, 2021, at the Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home and Crematory 5591 US Route 68 S. West Liberty, Ohio. Visiting hours will be from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Sunday, December 19, 2021, at the funeral home, and one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
