Antoinette "Ann" Person Smith was born on October 26, 1956, to Ellamae Person Paige.
She was a graduate of North Moore High School, class of 1976.
In 1984, she married the late Roland Smith and they had two daughters together.
Ann was loved by everyone who came in contact with her. If she wasn't cooking, baking a cake or pie for someone or on the phone, you better believe she was out shopping with Leitha, Nannette or whoever else's car was headed to a store with a sale going on. She never wanted to miss church service or a good sale!
Ann was a member of Collins Chapel Church and served on the usher board, was President of the Missionary Board and a member of "Women on the Move". She truly loved God and wasn't ashamed to show her love through her worship and praise. She was a gift giver and her heart to help others was like no other. If anyone needed anything, Ann would make sure she would go over and beyond to help.
She leaves to cherish her love and memory: two daughters, Tiffany Person and Diknesha Person, mother Ellamae Paige (Graphel), brothers, Harry Person and Harrison "Stevie: Myatt, sisters, Charlotte Person, Theonia Leonard (Jerry), Nannette Myatt, Phyllis Dowdy, Virginia Barnes (Leonard), Caroline Paige and Annette Robinson, four grandchildren Javion, Jordan, Justyce, and Charleigh – who affectionately called her "GiGi", a godson Johnny McKeithan and Terrell Times, a special friend Rocky Moore an a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and honorary sons and daughters' whom she loved like her own. "Mama Ann" will truly be missed by all.
