Funeral Mass held on December 20, 2021, at the Church of the Nativity with Father Andy Upah as the Celebrant. Son of the late Lyle Max Parker and Lorraine Lucille Weber Parker, he was a 1964 graduate of Dubuque High School. He retired as tool and die maker at John Deere after 36 years. He enjoyed elk and deer hunting and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He was survived by his wife; a son; a daughter; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother; a sister; stepchildren; and an extended family of relatives and friends.
